Often, I myself have noticed that I have been paying attention at seeing the time indicating on 5:55, 3:33, 11:11, 12:12 and so on. The more often it falls on the same number repeatedly, the higher my curiosity perked. On top of that, my circle of friends also has shown keen interest in those numbers, which bear some meaning they said.

One client wanted to explore a certain number of his birthday.

Soo     His birthday adds to a certain number, do they mean anything?
HS       Yes, the number is important. Now there is a very thin veil between people’s reality and what Reality really is. As veil thins, more messages are coming through. More people are aware of noticing numbers like 555 and 333. They are all vibrational numbers. So the message is being transmitted through, as more people shift to higher dimension, so it happens often. It is like passing a note in the class. So thoughts become reality. Pay attention to those numbers.
Soo     Pay attention?
HS       Thoughts, what you are thinking at that moment becomes a reality, if given, more control of destroying the illusion at that time. So when you are thinking of walking to a park, or eating a certain food, you must do it to create it as a reality, the vibrational impact of that action is necessary.
Soo     When I noticed the time at 5:55, I was thinking of eating rice for dinner.
HS       You noticed the time at 5:55, you need to change from thinking of eating rice to stop eating rice. That was the message for you. When you pay attention with the thought at that moment means something. Each number has a different message to each person.
Soo     You mean if someone is thinking of watching TV at 5:55, that means the person needs to change to not watching it?
HS       That’s right. Number 5 means the change you wish it to happen. Every number is a message.

So the HS took some time, and elaborated meaning of numbers that I addressed:

0             It means nothing, reincarnation if you will.
111         Beginning and end, birth and death, beginning of new idea or new creation.
222       Wave of love coming towards you, in that instance of feeling of peace and tranquility, the thought at that moment is the reality that you need to follow through.
333       Trinity, think in terms of 3 of creativity will become reality, trinity is very important.
444       House, it is a home. Pay attention to the energy within of your environment.
555       Changes you wish to have it happen.
666       Trinity of 6 is very important. Number 6 is vibration of healing, nurturing and of home.
777        Heavenly and it is the angel number, 7 (seven) depth of consciousness to the angel realm.
888       Lucky number, number of infinity, and the number of the Source.
999       The highest form of leading to higher dimension. It is a dimensional key to open to another portal. 999, it all ends to 9, no matter how you cut it, it will end to 9.
1010       Beginning and end. 1 for beginning, 0 is for nothing, reincarnation if you will.
1111        It is beginning and an end to direct to higher dimension.
1212       It is beginning and it is the time for a difference of love that’s coming in.

The HS said it is absolutely worthwhile to study. There are much knowledge in numerology and find the balance in it. To my question of where people can go to learn the numbers, the HS said we can easily find all sorts of information on the internet. Since every number is a message, whatever vibrational message to you is unique.

The HS recommended writing number down, when a thought you had at that moment, see how that vibration resonates with you.

The numbers I requested for an elaboration to the HS is only a little part of the whole. Much luck to your endeavor in exploring numbers!

In every past life review, one question that I always address is: Do you recognize them?

All relationship whether that was hugely impacted on that life or not, I have noticed they continue to connect in their future lives as well, small or large.

Here are just a few examples:

One client, in the past life they were father and daughter, this current life they are wife and husband. In the past life, current husband was her father who was unable to express his feelings. His way of dealing was through shouting, and physical violence. This life they married out of familiarity. She expressed she did not feel any strong physical attraction, nor heart beating excitement, just felt comfortable when she met him.

Another client, in the past life she was father and has a son whom he devoted all his life just loving and caring for the son. This current life, they are colleagues at a work place, caring very much each other and both came back as females.

Another, in the past life she was haughty, high society lady and he was a self made millionaire. In current life, they both came as the same gender as in the past life, but having not so loving marriage. Of course, they have to work out issues to resolve. Interestingly when she met him, she felt strong emotional pull toward him. When he held her hand for the first time, she felt strong electricity went through her entire being. Of course, she thought that was the sign of “true soul mate”.

Another, in the past life she was a high ranking male aristocrat and he was a female seamstress.
This current life, high ranking aristocrat is female housewife and the female seamstress is now corporate lawyer. Their marriage is on the rock all the time due to their inability to appreciate each other’s value. Both insist she is right and he is right situation. Neither party is willing to resolve the situation.

Another, in the past life, they were just acquaintances. She thought he was very happy go lucky kind of boy. In this life, they both came back as the same gender as in the past life, but this marriage was not their first, but one of the many.

Another, in the past life, she was the leader of the exploration team on the other planet in this solar system, and other person was one of the member of the team. Both were males in the past and in current life they are both females. This is my story.

Before total relaxation, I always ask client go to washroom. When Tracy came out the washroom and told me that she remembered we met before. When she exclaimed that I was her teacher, I was intrigued. Once she was in a very relaxed state, her Higher Self (HS) was ever present and eager to answer questions.

Soo     Tracy said I was her teacher. Could you tell us what does that mean?
HS       Yes, when you led a large group of exploration team and she was one of the members.
Soo     What exploration did we go to and where?
HS       On Mars, the exploration was out to get information on herbal plants.

Some time ago when I had my own Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique (QHHT) past life regression session, my HS showed me that I was a male scientist from the planet Mars. That life was totally devoted for research to help Martian as well as humans in the field of health.

Tracy’s HS validated my past life existence on the planet Mars. She and I felt newly renewed friendship. I call her my student and she calls me her teacher. Marvelous!

A lot more people are suffering from scoliosis than I have imagined. Recently, I had the privilege of meeting very special people who happened to have scoliosis. Every person who has this discomfort has so unique reason for their condition. Not a single person shares the same reason, however, their back shows the similar shape and their discomforts are not unique.

Audrey has a fabulous job what everybody envies to have. Unlike the outside facade of the industry, the real inside story is incredibly cruel.

 

Audrey is beautiful, and intelligent. I fell in love with her inner beauty when I met her for the first time. I felt as if we were good friends for a long time, and I could talk with her for an eternity.

She really deserves a better life, and was eager to find out what made her carry the curved back for so long. Her Higher Self (HS) was right there when she was deeply relaxed.

Soo     She’s been having scoliosis for some time. Could you tell her why she has scoliosis?
HS       At her work, people are not loving each other; rather they enjoy hurting and backstabbing. They make great fun belittling each other and she is not the only target.
Soo     And?
HS       If you stand up too good, they pounce her down, make her crawl and they are having great fun in ruining her career.
Soo     And?
HS       In order to survive at her work, she decided to lower herself, and made herself smaller. Hoping her coworkers leave her alone.
Soo     Do you mean to say lowered herself has made her back curved?
HS       Correct.
Soo     So, did she attain peace and reward at work?
HS       She definitely felt less harassment but received constant ridicules. Without getting a good promotion, nor appreciation of her contribution, she has been depressed for a long while.
Soo     Then, what did she learn!
HS       She decided she does not want to live that way anymore, and has to do something about it. That is why she came here to see you today.
Soo     As her Higher Self, what would you advise the best way for her? To carry on life with scoliosis, or straighten the back and claim the deserved life

HS       We are working on her spine right now.
Soo     Thank you!!!

Bob is such a loving, and gentle guy. He appears to be a model partner and father. He has this sweet smile on his face and is ever so polite when he speaks with me. You would never have guessed he has been suffering. I wonder why so many good people are in that situation.

Bob’s Higher Self (HS) has been waiting for this moment for so long for him, I sensed from the way they responded to my question. They (HS) talked without stopping, and they went right to the core of the problem.

HS       Oh! He is got a yoke on his neck! That is why he got this scoliosis.
Soo     Why yoke? How did he get yoke on his neck?
HS       This was caused by his marriage partner`s constant barrage of emotional abuses.
Soo     Please explain?
HS       He took her verbal abuses, and incessant unfair demands. The behaviours of his partner have created a huge yoke on his neck, and it has been chocking and pressing down his back, thus the scoliosis has formed.
Soo     So what do you think is best for him?
HS       We are removing the yoke that will correct his back curve.
Soo     Is that it? Don`t you need to do something more for him?
HS       That`s all required, nothing else. Now his back is all straight. Now he has a deep sigh of relief.

Indeed at that moment, I heard a few very long deep sighs. I saw his abdomen heaved up and collapsed a few times. It looked as though he was blowing out all the trash from his body for good!

Soo     Are you sure he will never have this problem?
HS       No more, his back is straight and this will never happen again.
Soo     Do you promise him?
HS       It is done!

Spring has come and, my friend and I decided to climb the hill to enjoy the warmth of the sun. We were panting, as we were utterly out of shape, we were eager to sit after that activity! We decided to quench our thirst with the bottle of water that we brought with us when a small flat rock caught our attention.

I gulped one cup in a hurry and I was about to pour the second serving when I lost my grip on the bottle and saw my beautiful bottle tumble down the hill into a pond. “Oh no!” I exclaimed. “What! What! What happened?” I felt my friend’s concern in her voice.

My $50.00 water bottle, which I only used twice was gone. I didn’t mind paying that much for my stainless water bottle, as I consciously try to stay away from plastic materials. Oh how I adored that pink flower print on it! Now my precious gem was gone. With a longing to see where it was disappeared, I noticed the water in the pond was rippling out, touching the shore of the pond. The water made a very soft sound when it lapped onto the sand causing the grass to go wet.

Watching the effect of my bottle dunked in the water creating ripples throughout the entire pond triggered a memory of one session I facilitated just a few days ago.

The Higher Self (HS) of a client was educating me how important one person’s action affects the entire Cosmos.

HS:     Ok Soo, now here are some marbles being saturated with green energies, suppose they flow out carrying that green energy and it meets other objects, leaving residue of that green energy with them, the other object again moves carrying that green energy to the another thing, leaving the green energy residue and this goes on and on.
Soo:    So you are trying to explain the ripple effect?
HS:      Yes, Soo. You got it! See how important one action creates a reaction, creates another reaction and another reaction.
Soo:    Are you relating that information with people moving to the fifth dimension?
HS:      Yes! When your vibration moves up, and that changes the vibration of the people around you. Suppose that change continues to the entire planet, can you imagine what could happen next?

Soo:    Then are we not all on the New Earth?
HS:      Yes!, When the Earth is on the new dimension, what would happen to the nearest planets, say Moon, Mars, Venus, Jupiter and so on.
Soo:    They will all get moved up to the higher vibration, are they not?
HS:      Yes! Then imagine that change continues to the entire Cosmos, what will happen next?
Soo:    Expansion of the entire Cosmos!
HS:      You got it!

These are some of the effects we feel when we are in the process of changing the frequencies from the third (3rd) dimension to the fifth (5th) dimension.

Have your ears been buzzing?
Have your ears been screeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeching often lately?
Have you been feeling sudden heat or chills?
Have you been feeling dizzy?
Did you develop rashes?
Did you change your diet to more liquid base?
Do you experience sudden aversion to meat?
All of a sudden fruits look tastier.

An analogy of changing radio station with knob will give you an excellent visual explanation. When you want the radio station 5 from 3, you turn the knob. While turning it up, until it reaches to 5 from 3, you will hear static sounds, loud or squeaky sounds in between. These sounds and statics are the effects that you experience as your body is aligning to the higher frequencies.

Very good signs indeed.

As people are more interested in the topic of the New Earth, I also became very curious about what it would feel like living in the fifth (5D) dimension, especially having a body in the third (3D) dimension. Being in the 3D, I am very familiar with what it is like to feel, taste, touch, smell, and see.

Not long ago, I had a client to whom I asked some questions to the Higher Self (HS) on the subject of the 5D life.

Soo     Could you tell me the difference of living in the 3D and the 5D, if you can?
HS       Living in  the 5D is like a bird observing the city below. You observe what goes on in the city below you, but you are not in it. You know that, but you don’t feel it.
Soo     But you are not in it? And not feeling it? Please explain more.
HS       As you watch below what people are in the war busy destroying each other. You are seeing it from above, and you are not in that war fighting against.
Soo     So if you are in that war fighting, you are saying that you are in the 3D world?
HS       Correct.
Soo     What are some of the tell tale signs of the 3D world?
HS       Wars, destructions, earthquakes, floods and diseases…
Soo     Say for example, I had a physical vehicle in the 5D, what would I experience if a flood came?
HS       You will observe the flood happening somewhere else, but you wouldn’t get affected by it.
Soo     Please give me another analogy, so that this brain can wrap around the concept.
HS       Imagine you are standing behind a wall of water, you watch people are in the flood, struggling to survive, though you are feeling sad about the incident, you are not in that flood. Should you choose to experience the flood, you can always go through that wall of water, and become one of

them in 3D.
Soo     Who wants to do that! Thank you, I have a better picture of 5D now. Also there are talks about people’s DNA strands changing from 6 to 12.
HS       Yes, that is correct.
Soo     What would I feel if my DNA moves up to 12?
HS       You will feel your body feels like petals, incredibly light. Your hands don’t feel like your hands; your eyes don’t feel like your eyes. You feel totally light.
Soo     Does that have something to do with less density?
HS       Yes, people will feel their bodies are very light. And 12 is the maximum number that the Earth can sustain.
Soo     It sounds like it is better to be in 5D than 3D. How can we be in 5D?
HS       Meditate, saturate your thoughts with love and light.
Soo     Is the Earth now in 5D?
HS       Yes, but she needs more people move up to 5D.

When Cy walked into the room, I could sense he could fit the typical writer image that I have.  Calm, serene, polite and even his glasses were exactly fit to the writer profile I got used to see from the media.

He said he has been writing for several years with some success, and recently he reached to the point where he just could not come up with even a word to type. Staring the cursor on his laptop blinking, almost at the stage where he felt he could just drift away in some unspoken, quiet land where there was no image, no word, and no feeling. And worse, he started to doubt his ability as a writer!

This was very new experience to him of losing a word. He said he had never experienced this kind of being. He had always something to say, now he was very amused by it. He wanted to find out what caused it, if there was such a thing called a cause, he said. After several hours of talking about his life, his joys and aches, the time came to visit his past life and to meet his Higher Self (HS).

Soo    Cy is having writer’s block nowadays. Could you tell him what is the cause of it?
HS      He needs to drink more.
Soo    Drink more?
HS      He hasn`t been drinking enough water.
Soo    You mean, not enough water causes writer`s block?
HS      It can be any water. Be it the water coming from watermelon, peaches, or just plain water.
Soo    Any water. Would distilled water be all right?

Somehow at that moment, out of blue, the distilled water that I have been using for many years came to my attention.

HS      Distilled water is clean, but it lacks energy.
Soo    Oh? May I ask why?
HS      The distilling process takes all the energy out from water molecules.
Soo    So then, what would you suggest to make it brimming with energy?
HS      Pray. You hold the water bottle and pray to the Source.
Soo    How to pray? I mean I hold the bottle, then, what do I do?
HS      Say I love You. Pray. Make this water be full of Thy energy, nourishing my body and make the body to be in optimal health, Amen.
Soo    Just like that?
HS      Just like that. Reiki people teach to bless food before they eat. Same idea.
Soo    So you are saying, Cy starts to intake more water contents to his body, his creativity flows through?
HS      Correct.

Cy was so excited! “Was that it!? Wow that is so brilliant! I could have never guessed it in a million years!“

Needless to say, I also found out I have been drinking water void of energy for all these years. I thought I have been doing it right. We, Cy and I, celebrated for that surprise answer with another cup of water! Of course, we prayed before we toasted them!

Our interest now rests on two planets near the Orion’s belt. Large Sirius A, the other small one, Sirius B. From now on I will address A or B instead of spelling the full name of them. There is another small planet calls Sirius C also. However, in this discussion, A and B are the main interest.

From my clients, numerous planets and galaxies were mentioned as their home, large portion of them mentioned Sirius as their home planet, more often B as their home.

Human history with Sirius went all the way back to Egyptian time according to the clients. Egyptian performed rituals and called for help. Sirians heard the call, and they came. Sirians known as sky god to Egyptian imparted many knowledge: universe, tools, astronomy, and more. Sirians are major player in helping Egyptian pyramid. The B is known as the sixth (6) dimensional place, where beings work on progress on their spiritual evolution.

Sirians, some are fascinated by the life of the Earth, wished to assist it on regular basis. Even though it was possible to observe the Earth on remote, they wanted to experience. When they heard the stories of the Earth, they wished to experience themselves. They willingly left the 6th and the 8th dimensional world to the 3rd dimensional Earth, produced children, and they lived amongst humans.

A is the eighth (8) dimensional planet. They have energy body, since they have evolved so much, physical body is no longer necessary. They take solid form, only for useful purpose of having form to have limbs to pick things, manifest when they need the body. They are seen often of seven (7) feet fall, and of course eating is not necessary. Where Sirians from B are smaller in height about five or five and half (5-5.5) feet tall. Sometimes beings from A are being sent to previous  dimension which is referring to B, and voluntarily go to help them as well.

On A, scientist work on medicinal plants. For the Earth, they assist raising vibration, showing the way to love and light just by them being there. Their presence will simply raise vibrations. Also travelling back and forth for thousands of years, helping people on the Earth by channeling, or parting information via trance to leaders.

Distance between the two (2) planets’ orbiting: it is being drawn to the larger planet, every year they get tiny bit closer, and now only 500 years away left for being two planets will merge and become one. The entire cycle from separation to become one takes 40,000 years.

Another stage of evolution of A and B. Reason of huge size of A: A is grown too this size due to the evolution, when the 6th dimensional planet requires no more beings in existence in physical form, will merge with the larger planet without any collision.

Special and joyous day occurs when many souls arrive to A when souls from B are passing their evolutionary progress. Of course they communicate telepathically.

Many people on the Earth want to possess stones fell from the Sirius. Clients who came from the Sirius said the reason of human loving to hold the stones are effect on them. Due to the fact of higher vibrational property of the stones, they get energetic jolt by holding it. They call the stone Cintamani stone. However they said it is difficult to get authentic stones.-They said in order to obtain authentic Cintamani stone, you will have to wait to catch stones falling from the Sirius. The stones are very different from anything from the Earth. They said you will realize it is very different.

Depending on which dimensional view we come from, the surface looking from the A to the B appears green, lush, and having much vegetation. However if you look at the B from the 3rd or the 4th dimensional view, the planet looks icy, cold, and lifeless. Different vibration produces different perspective. Also it is very complicated for earthlings. For instance, if I would travel with the present Earth technology, I would not survive, wouldn’t make the trip, the technology is not here yet. Even if I make the trip, from Earth to B, will take a whole life time and survive in spacesuit only. And what about food and water? The atmosphere in B would not sustain human life. Beings of A and B communicate with the Earth still. It simply is the place they have deep interest, and they were considered as God in those days of Egyptian.

I wonder sometimes, is that why some phrase reads: In the beginning God walked with humans.

Abby loves children and teaches kids telepathy and telekinesis. Her planet Sirius, people have control of everything around them. They can control their thoughts and objects. Control thought means they do not need to speak is one of the benefits. Of course occasionally, they do speak, but very rare.

Planet Sirius is within the same galaxy of Earth, and it is situated the opposite side of the sun. Sirius people are highly intellectual beings in this galaxy and they are about hundreds light years away from Earth.

Planet Sirius is very rocky, and smooth rocks are abundant. The weather of this planet is always comfortable, no extremes. Abby sees vegetation. I was curious of other things, so I asked her:

Soo      How do you people look like?
Abby   We are tall, much taller than you people. Have a humanoid shape.
Soo      What about face, what do you have on your face?
Abby   Face is similar to human, oblong head, hair like humans, eyes are brown.
Soo      Do you breathe?
Abby   We do not breathe as you perceive, no need air to breathe.
Soo      Do you breathe like fish then?
Abby   Yes, we breathe just like a fish.
Soo      Do you have limbs?
Abby   Yes, we have limbs like human, four digits of on each side.
Soo      You said you are tall. Is anyone overweight?
Abby   No, nobody is overweight.
Soo      Nobody is overweight? What do you eat?
Abby   We do not eat. We just drink water.
Soo      Drink water only?
Abby   Yes, water has all nutrients that we need.
Soo      No wonder, that’s why no one is overweight!
Abby   Our body is long, thin, and very nice.
Soo      Do you sleep in your planet, like you have night and day?
Abby   Yes, we have day and night. We do not require sleep.
Soo      How do you use your night time, what do you do?
Abby   We are active at night, we study, play games at home.
Soo      So is your night dark as well?
Abby   Yes, night is too dark, we do not leave home at night.
Soo      What kind of clothing do you wear?
Abby   We wear one piece like jumper suit.

One day a new school opened for solely teaching children on astral projection. She explained astral projection is to project yourself to travel quickly without using physical body. It enables to bi-locate, more than one place. People on Sirius can project many if you are really good.

When they have a new source of water which was erupted from side of a mountain, everybody was happy.

Soo      Why that makes your people so happy?
Abby   Because, water is our food.
Soo      What color of water is it?
Abby   It is pink.
Soo      Pink?
Abby   Yes, it is so beautiful. We are so happy.
Soo      Good for you! You have more water. Do you sometimes boil water?
Abby   No, we don’t boil it, just warm it.
Soo      Warm it? May I ask why?
Abby   For better digestion.
Soo      That reminds me, did I ask you question about your dwelling, what is it like…
Abby   We have a house, a small house, one story.
Soo      What do you have in your house?
Abby   We have bed, cushions for sitting.
Soo      What else do you see in your place?
Abby   I see some pair of extra clothing, stove for warming water.

 

Incredibly interesting thing that I have noticed is that my clients’ current life situations are very much affected by the previous life decisions.

Today I am going to address specifically the vows that they have taken, more related to the monastic vows. When they sworn in to be monks, priestess, or any order of monastic life, they vowed of celibacy, poverty and obedience. Of course, there are many more vows, however here we are interested in only these three (3) vows: celibacy, poverty, and obedience.

Nellie found herself as priestess in ancient times. She herself had to fast many days to make herself pure for specific ritual offerings, or occasions to give healings for villagers. Those years of priestess, she dedicated her entire life for others, totally dependent on offerings of villagers and absolute obedience of her superior.  Those were the rules.

In this current life she is highly intelligent, smart, and has great personality. She can make friends easily and feels ease at communicating with people.

When we chatted more, I noticed she kept saying she had not been feeling all right if she had so much money in her wallet, and she had such an urge to rid of them. So she went out and bought some clothes, or gave money away to some homeless people.

And her marriage has been on the rock for several years, she never felt her being loved by her husband. Even now she has to sit down and counts back the days when they slept together. She said “it has been so long, I don’t even feel like I am married”

Long time ago, she recognized her tendency being so much happier and feels herself when she works for herself. She is not much of a corporate person, she feels suffocated by rules and regulations of the corporate and the pressure to meet company’s goals. Of course she is self-employee now, and she said she feels great in spite of some pressure of meeting the expense at the end of the month.

So I asked her Higher Self (HS) on these three vows she has carried over who knows how long.

HS     I am SO grateful that you asked us to rid of all that vows for her. She has taken that vows for many life times and they have rooted down deep in her energy field.
Soo   Those vows no longer serve her in current life, is that correct?
HS    Yes, that is correct.
Soo Then, she will get benefit to remove them now?
HS     Yes!
Soo   Could you remove them from her now?
HS    Yes! We are doing it now.

Then her breathing became so deep and long as if it was coming from the depth of somewhere, and it looked as if they (Higher Self) were pulling out some heavily rooted objects. Three deep and long breaths, one by one.

Soo   What are you doing, may I ask?
HS      We are pulling out all these energies locked in her. Gosh it locked in so deep!
Soo   Pulling out?
HS     Yes, pulling them all out, now it is done.
Soo   Oh! Are they all removed for good?
HS      Yes, all out. No more.
Soo    You mean she is no longer affected by those vows anymore?
HS     No more!
Soo  Thank you so much for doing that for her!  Now she is totally free?
HS    Totally free!

Bob is incredibly sensitive and caring guy, almost make me feel as if I am meeting a priest or a monk. He is fascinated by the new age materials, tells me he reads a lot on that subject.

Previous night, he enjoyed a delicious dinner including some eggplant and fried potato. And he said he felt his energy dipped so low, he could hardly walk. Immediately I said “Oh, it is fried potato!” coming from my own experience. Every time I consume any fried foods and worse if it is fried potato, my body immediately goes to lethargic, sleepy mode, and lose all ambition.

His Higher Self (HS) surprised us:

Soo      Bob had a dinner consist of eggplant and fried potato. He said his energy dipped so suddenly. Could you tell him what caused it?
HS       It was eggplant.
Soo     Oh?
HS      When he was a little boy, he used to play video game of eggplant.
Soo    And?
HS       In that video game, eggplant was evil. It was traumatic experience for a small boy. When anyone eats eggplant, the game showed their health will decrease.
Soo     And?
HS       And the music changed dark and sinister.
Soo     Oh?
HS       He remembered that, but wanted to pass that memory.
